Carl Stella
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Stella is President/CEO and a founder of RITEC Corporation. He has a BSEE from Manhattan College, Riverdale NY and graduate work in the MSEE programs at New York University and Brooklyn Polytechnic. Mr. Stella was Executive VP at Datametrics Corporation from 1988 to 1996 and reported to the President and board of directors. At Datametrics, he was responsible for all operations for computer and printer products. Major DoD programs included MILSTAR and REACT projects for the development and fabrication of thermal printers for high radiation and Tempest environments. He provided executive management and oversight for multiple VME-based products that were successfully developed, qualified, and delivered. Datametrics was then a NASDAQ public company, with sales exceeding $30 million.
Mr. Stella has membership in the Navy League and AFCEA and was with the Industry Tempest Advisory Group to NSA from 1979 to 1987.
Harry Alteri
Vice President of Business Development
Mr. Alteri is a co-founder of RITEC and the Vice President of Business Development. He has a BSEE from Villanova University and has worked in the Defense Industry for over 40 years. Prior to founding RITEC in 1997, he held various Program Management positions with General Electric Company and more recently was Vice President of Program Management for Datametrics Corporation. Mr. Alteri served for more than twenty years at Datametrics and was Managing Director for Datametrics Military programs, with combined annual sales in the tens of millions. These programs were managed profitably, with on time deliveries of leading edge products developed from the concept phase through full-scale production. At Datametrics, he had overall program management responsibility for multiple VME-based products that were successfully developed, qualified, and delivered.
Roger Lazar
Engineering Vice President
Mr. Lazar is Engineering Vice President and a founder of RITEC Corporation. He has a BSME from Villanova University and has taken graduate engineering and managements courses at the Universities of Wisconsin, Harvard, and Pepperdine. Prior to joining RITEC, Mr. Lazar held several management and engineering design positions at Datametrics, Teledyne Systems, and AIL/Eaton Corporation.
Mr. Lazar has over 25 years experience in electromechanical design and test of hardware for worldwide deployment by the Military.
