The Black Jack 2™ Model 9600 is a rugged and reliable conduction
cooled vehicle mounted computer which is ideally suited for use
in construction equipment, any type of commercial, military, or
public service vehicle, plane, helicopter, or vessel.
Like all DataMetrics products, the Black Jack 2™ is fully customizable
to meet any specifications. The dual hot-swap hard drives are
heated and can support any 2.5” rotating or solid state drive
on the market. The EPIC single board computer has multiple
processor and memory options with extra I/O available via PC104
expansion.
In addition to the IP66 rated sealed design, this computer is
designed and tested to withstand extreme levels of shock and
vibration found in all mobile applications utilizing a shock isolated
motherboard, power supply, and hard drives. This computer is
build with a rigid all aluminum housing but still only weights 14
lbs.
